Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:

• be returned in their original condition
• include all accessories and packaging
• be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

All returns should be sent to our facility in Denmark.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any applicable refund will be processed as quickly as possible.
